Installation Guide – How to Install a Swimming Pool PVC Liner

1. Preparation: Ensure the outdoor temperature is appropriate. Remove the old damaged liner. Thoroughly clean the pool bottom and walls of sand, sharp stones, and debris. (For maximum mechanical protection, we highly recommend installing a protective underlay/ground felt beneath the liner).
2. Unrolling and Hanging: Place the new PVC liner in the center of the pool and unroll it. Start hanging the integrated P1 profile evenly over the top edge of the steel pool wall.
3. Filling and Smoothing: Let about 1–2 cm of water into the bottom of the pool. Step inside barefoot and smooth out any wrinkles by pushing them from the center toward the edges. Once the floor is completely smooth, continue slowly filling the pool with water.
4. Finalizing: Once the pool is fully filled with water, secure the top handrails and structure profiles firmly back into place.
